Agile Racer Linus Lundqvist makes solid debut in Indycar

Linus Lundqvist recently made an impressive debut in his two Indy Car Races, at Nashville and at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Over the race weekends, the Swede set the fastest lap time, claimed top rookie honors to boot and continued to pile pressure on the established pack.

Lundqvist managed to out-qualify some of the sport’s greatest stars on only his second weekend of INDYCAR competition, lining up ahead of the likes of Indy 500 winner Josef Newgarden, reigning series champion Will Power and six-time title-winner Scott Dixon.

What was especially noteworthy for us was the comment from the team manager, “When Linus joined, it invigorated our race team and we got back our spirit ”. That’s a nod at the skills Linus brought to the team, skills he learned from the early stages in his career not only on racing, but also on creating the environment around him that enables him to excel competitively.
